Question
i am the starting LH prop on my team, im 21 years old, i stand 5 10 tall and weigh 115kg i am reasonably happy with my technique in the scrum as i can usually at least not go back in the scrum and usually can get a shove on men that are usually bigger and heavier than me, my question is what program of weights and what starting weight would you recommend just to help out with my game?

Answer
Hi Leeroy. This isn't actually a rugby question it is a weight training question. I would even start to pass myself off as expert or qualified in prescribing a weight regime.

I suggest going to a good gym and / or getting a qualified trainer with contact sport experience to set you up.

Ask the guys on your team I bet one of them know a good trainer or gym.
