running inside centre

Question
hey mate,i'm an inside centre/flyhalf and i have a problem with organising the backline.I'm the captain of my school team and we can't get enough ball to our outside backs(wingers, fullbaks, outside centre).
just recently i have been running the ball myself a lot more because the outside backs are not there in support.running the ball has been successful at times but even in the breakdown they tend to lag behind and we can't get enough bodies in a maul wide of the ruck...how do i get the outside backs in a more attacking position, without failing their defensive duties??

Answer
Hiya, Jack
The first thing i'm going to say is be confident in everything you do in the game of rugby.
Secondly Make sure your very loud in attack and defense if your vocal you will get more support, when your going to take the ball into contact tell your outside Centre, then you will have more support. Also when you are talking in attack tell the forwards as well so they no what you are doing and then they no where your going to be. Tell The fullbacks to support as well. Also a captain should be very vocal. Watch sterling MortLock.
Thirdly, when you communicate in defense it will intimidate your opponents(like shouting ready, ready, smash) its very scary. But make sure you do smash them. Also go up together in a defense line and nobody will score.
Also make sure your Back line is in a attacking line,(diagonal) make sure there running full pace as well. Just look at the speed they are hitting the ball at its very hard to tackle someone at full speed also while doing that cut an angle
Watch This.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J66stIV8x08- This is for the angle
I hope that what you wanted if not please come back to me and ask for more.
Please let me no how you get on.
Thanks
