Question

Many thanks hope you can help me

Answer
Hi Archie,

The evidence I have seen is that you need to have a strong core more than anything to get a powerful pass. A pass is like a punch in boxing. The power is generated in a linear fashion from force driven from the feet through the torque generated in the core and through the arms / hands.

Core work and repetition practice and fast twitch muscle exercises are needed.

Use You Tube to search for a lot of good technique videos.
