well i am a 17 year old 5'11" lock and i was wondering what a should work on as far as muscle gain and what kind of things a should drink and eat to help with this i want to be as strong as i can be for my role in the game my legs are very strong but i really want to get them stronger and my upper body isn't very strong so if you have any tips or rules i should fallow to get stronger and bigger then please tell me

Hello Pete,

It is very important that you work with a qualified trainer in person. This will get you better more customized results and reduce the chance of injury.

Ask the gym to recommend a trainer who is experienced enough to train a younger person safely and get the results you need. Ask a lot of questions to learn about your training. Set short and long term goals after doing an initial strength and fitness test so you can measure your results.
