Question
Hi Nick.
I'm from Malaysia. I play rugby for my uni and my town team. i'm 19 yrs old. I play as a flanker. Can you tell me what can i do for my body. I mean, gym exercises for my muscle and my fitness.

Answer
Hi Izzar, I try to be clear in my bio that I do not give fitness advice. I tell people to work with a proper trainer at a gym or to join an athletics club over the summer and focus on training for the 100, 200 and 400 meter races, hurdles too are goo for training for rugby.

Each person is unique an requires an initial assessment of their current capabilities and then to set goals and time periods for those goals. The training is then devised from that base. A good trainer or fitness coach can easily help you with those things but I suggest working with one in person.
