hi, my name is Callum Watts im 14 years old and i play on the left wing for my club and school and i am hoping to get into my county aswell.  I have just come back from a very seriosu hamstring injury, i was out for 3 weeks and have just recovered, but it wasnt my first ever injury i have had serious problems with them since year 7 (i am now in year 10) are ther any suggestions you could possibly give me to strengthen them to make sure they dont give me as much grief?

Strengthening them will just make them worse (why do you think that professional footballers have so much trouble with them). The best course of action is to make them mre flexible, so stretch them a lot, and try and find someone who can give you serious help (PE teacher?).
