Answer
Tackling is a mental block for many players, with your speed I would try my hardest to cut down the momentum of the player running towards you. Maybe ask a player next to you to "Double tackle" Don't aim your tackles at the body, aim for the legs or ankles all the time! Don't look at the player running look at his legs...this will help you with your confidence. try it with your coach. Ask him to run at you and then you go really low and take his legs out. Power tackles are good, but any tackle that stops forward momentum
is excellent. Even pushing them out of bounds is good.
Tackling is just you against someone else, don't let them intimidate you, they are no better than you! they are the same, they will hurt and they are just as worried about getting tackled as you are about tackling them.
Hope this helps
How can i stop the big players in head on tackles.
