forward weight lifting program

hi,
I was Wondering if you knew of a good weight lifting program for forwards age 15-18. i am looking for a program that my high school team can do in the off season. best if its a 3 day program. Mon.. wens. Thurs.. I already have a goalie program from my book but it says that forwards and goalies should not train the same. if you have a good program or know someone i could talk to about getting a good program them that would be great.

Hi Alex...

Sorry I can't help you much on this one...  While I have understanding in general fitness concepts, coming up with a specific training program is more than I do...

Have you talked to your school's weight lifting coach?  Or maybe consult with a local Junior, or AAA Hockey Team Strength and Conditioning Coach...  They are usually more than happy to help and will often freely share the program they are using!
