Since your Abs are important in hockey I was wondering if you could give me some routines to do every night to strengthen my abdominals.

Yes ABs are an important muscle group for hockey - but not independent of ALL your core muscles, like back, legs, buttocks and even shoulders... Stenghten these TOGETHER and they will be synergistically even stronger than each individually!
Any sort of exercises that work on your core group of muscles is IDEAL!
I like using the Fitness Ball to help with FOCUSING work on this group.
