assist

P3 passes to P1, P1 passes to P2, P2 passes back to P1 who then scores. Should P3 get credit for the 2nd assist?

Hi Brian,
My experience has shown it depends on the ref! Sometimes only 1 assist is listed and sometimes the scorekeeper isn't paying attention when the ref is giving the info. I always assumed that if there are 2 playmakers and the scorer then there should be 2 assists given...when it's obvious.
