Game sheets

Question
what is the ruling on a game sheet that neither Referees sign at the conclusion of the game? Do misconduct penalties still stand? This was an 18U midget tournament game.

I have an answer.  The penalties still stand even though the referee's did not sign it.  It becomes official when the score sheet is marked.  The referee signs it to confirm it.  All penalties on the score sheet must be served.
