FOOTBALL?
Question
I like football howwever I have no idea how to football is played,...how is football play in general? in NFL? and what is the difference between NFL and CFL...? if u could help me out so when i watch football with the guys i wont get so lost.. thnks, sean
Answer
The difference between the National Football League (NFL) and Canadian Football League (CFL) is that the NFL is the United States' pro league, and the CFL is Canada's pro league. There are some other differences in rules, and the NFL is much bigger in terms of revenues and fan base, but they are essentially the same game.
If you want to learn football, then do two things:
1) Go to http://www.nfl.com/fans/rules/basics and read the basic rules of football.
2) Pick a team to root for and watch their games. Nothing will get you understanding the game like watching and rooting for a team you care about.
