im a 14yr old boy who wants to gain power and speed.i purchased the jumpsoles with proprioceptor, reaction ball, hypergravity weightbelt, all speed legs builder, thigh blasters at jumpusa.com (i would check it out).That stuff helps me to run faster but how would i use all that stuff in my schdule because i do squats,leg curls,leg extension,calf raises. Will all that stuff i bought strain my legs too much and do u think i should quit working my legs? because that stuff should help my legs get stronger or at leat keep my leg strength up. please answer those 2 questions thanks!

You need to get your PARENTS, your COACH, and your DOCTOR involved.
1. GET YOUR PARENT'S PERMISION AND ASK FOR THEIR ADVICE. THEY CAN BE OF GREAT HELP TO YOU.
2. TALK TO YOUR COACH HE IS THERE TO HELP YOU. HE WANTS YOU TO SUCCEED. HE CAN GET YOU STARTED ON THE RIGHT PROGRAM.
3. BEFORE YOU START ANY PROGRAM MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR PARENT'S PERMISION AND A DOCTOR'S OKAY. REMEMBER ONLY A DOCTOR CAN TELL YOU IF THE PROGRAM YOU ARE STARTING IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU. IT IS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN TO BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!! Good Luck, Coach Louis
