How to Sack your Head Coach

Hey lewis this may be a little strange but here goes

Im currently a player for a football team in BCAFL the british college American football league playing for the Derby Braves. Now the all time team record is  26/47/2 not the best but there goes every year we seem to have the diamond in the rough player come from no-where and look as if he could make it in NFLE. unfortunatly even due to the array of unharnessed talent through the team each year we have never got to the playoffs, the whole league is a voluntary organisation and we feel that our head coach has been suffocating the team for the past few years and now want to give him the boot what would you say is the best way for the team to remove his service.

PS he started the team back in 96 so it is really is his baby

How do you know that the coach is the problem?
How do you know it is not the talent of the players or the lack of focus of the team?
Tell me what type of offense/defense do you run?
Tell me what type of offense/defense do the other teams run?
Do the other teams run or pass a lot?
What type of offense/defense do you want to run?
