High School Defenses

Question
I am a private QB coach just getting back into things after 10 years away from the game. I can still teach all of the fundamentals very well and some tricks I used to use to accelerate development. What I don t know is the high school game. I haven t watched a highschool football game in at least 8 years. Do teams still primarily run cover 2 s and 3 s. Are they still pretty straight forward in their alignments or are they getting more elaborate in their schemes.  I need to teach how to read defenses and I want to make sure that I m relavant to the current game.     Thanks for your help.
