intentional grounding for high school

Question
I know what the penalty is for the pros and college for intentional grounding. Is the same for high school, and do they have a "tackle box" as college and pros.

No the Federartion rule (7-5-2) is not the same as the NCAA or NFL rules. There is no tackle box or "out side the pocket" element to the high school intentional grounding rule.
