practice organization
Question
I have coached at high schools in which many of the players went both ways. I would like your thoughts on various forms of practice organization.
Answer
Dear Mark Carter,
Only let your players go both ways when you have no choice. If your team is too small, everybody is injured, and there is no one left on the bench that can go in and play. It is better to give a player time to grow than to keep him on the bench and never have him play a down for your team. You might want to read; " COACHING FOOTBALL SUCCESSFULLY"
