Question
I am a Junior WR ,6'1" 185lbs, and I played on my JV football team last year. We ran a running offense and I was utilized a recieving TE. I had 15 catches for 520 yards and 5 TD's. Next year we are going to a spread offense and I will be a starting slot receiver. What do I need to accomplish to get the attention of colleges as next yer will be my first year on varsity. My coaches keep telling me that I should be an impact player on both sides of the ball, but I feel that even If I have a good year it will go unnoticed. (My GPA is a 3.5 (4pt. scale) and I scored an 1810 on the SAT)

All you can do to get the attention of colleges is to play your best! Period! Now dont get me wrong, there are a few ways to get a coach / program to notice you... Sending out info packets, marketing materials, game films, highlight films, etc. But in the end, if you arent outstanding on the field, well, you know the answer.
College coaches are always looking for good players, good people.. If you are one of those, then get yourself out there and do it. Get your name to these coaches, get your stats to them, everything you got!
The most important thing is to not focus on future.. Focus on the now! Players make the mistake of looking so far ahead, they miss out on whats important right now. IF you dont get it done now, there is no future. See the vicious circle?
Do what your coaches say, work hard in the off-season, play hard this season, and see what happens!
