What do you think of the Oakland Raiders? When do you think the next time they will make the playoffs? And lastly, What do you think of there new head coach Lane Kiffin?

I honestly think the Raiders are not a contending team right now but in a few years, they could turn a lot of heads. I might say they'll make the playoffs in 3-4 years. Unless they are this year's New Orlean's Saints, I don't think of them as a playoff team at this stage. However, they do have what seems to be their franchise quarterback in JaMarcus Russell. Honestly, I don't really know much about Lane Kiffin but I know he now replaces Eric Mangini as the youngest coach in the NFL. This could give the Raiders the fresh legs they need and ultimately put them in the playoff. Overall, the Raiders just don't have enough pieces to be a competitive team this season.
