Can you score a touchdown with one foot in the endzone?

That depends, I assume you are refering to a pass play, as on running plays the criteria is the ball breaking the plane of the endzone. In high school and college football only one foot down in bounds is the criteria for a catch so if that occoured in the endzone it would be a touchdown. In the NFL 2 feet are required.
