Im a Sophmore Im 5ft 10in 145 Pounds I have decent speed and NFL quality hands. Any Workouts i can do to get better at home. also how do i get stronger on bench i bench 160 this is my first yr playing how do u run a perfect question

Sorry it took so long to get back to you, I was away working a football camp over the weekend. In response to your question, I would tell you to focus on route running. Set up cones and really concentrate on your breaks abd footwork. As far as bench, you just need to keep lifting, there is no easy quick way to increase strength, only hard work.
