How to get better at everything

I'm 13 years old 5'7'' and weigh 120 lbs this is my third year of tackle football i tremendously improved since my other 2 years of football. I'm very dedicated to this sport I'm one or the few on my team who watches film I always want to make improvements on my game I uslay watch game films for hours. I was starting defensive back for my football team the next game they moved me to freesafety. I think my strength is reading plays but i want to get better at it. So PLEASE give me tips on how to get faster especially to get more coordinated how to read plays better how to tackle better and tips for intercept the pass and deflecting it better. Please give me any other tips about football you would give me. Also how to react to the ball faster. Also what a dB or freesaftey should be thinking when the play starts. also how to get on a coaches good side. And any catching tips you have i promise you ill use every one or your tips to help me improve my game. PS what kind of gloves should I get for my position what are the best type.

Three keys to being a good d-back are anticipation, positioning and playing correct angles. You sound like you are on the right track and I would spend as much time as I could with my position coach working on technique if I were you. Your own coaches are better prepared to address your individual improvement that anyone can do on the internet.
Make sure you let them know you are eager to work hard and improve.
