I'm 15 165 pounds and about 6 feet. I want to start taking protein to help build muscle, but will that stunt my growth or anything?
Answer
No. Protein is a macronutrient just like Carbohydrates and fats. Those 3 categories are where all of the calories you take in come from. Taking a protein supplement is the same as eating a piece of chicken, you just don't have to cook it and it doesn't cost as much. I hope this answers your question.
