Question
In a week and a day i have a football tournament. I'm in JV football and im a starting cornerback. What should my diet and excercise plan be for the days before the game? Also ive been eatin fast food lately (way more than i normally do) is there anyway i can fix that before the tournament?

Answer
    The tournament is coming very quickly, so there isn't to much you can really do that quickly.  The only thing that I can suggest is to start eating healthier. Fruits, vegetables, and lots of protein.  Start lifting for next season and become stronger.  Also before the tournament stretch daily.  Start running, not only distant but short sprints as well.  This should get you through the tournament and get you started for next season.
