Help with the tailback position

Question
Hey....well ive been a wideout/tightend since 8th grade and next year im told i am being moved to tailback due to the lose of our starter last year....what should i do to get ready to play tailback

Answer
Get in great physical shape.  You need to be one of the best conditioned players on the team.  Also you need to become the toughest player on the team.  Everyone will now be trying to kill you, not only in the game but in practice 4 days a week.  It is important that you develop a tough attitude, because everyone will be in line to take their best shot at you each week.  So be in great shape and get ready to get hit a lot.  If you can take the hits you will have a great time playing running back.
