i want to get faster stronger quicker what do i do to get to that....and i trying out for runningback and wide receiver..so what tips can you give me to do good

    Glenn it is important to understand that getting better or faster or stronger isn't going to happen overnight.  It is going to take a year of hard work to make noticable improvement.  How you do that is by working as hard as you can each and every day in practice.  Be sure to stretch good everyday and run your sprints as hard as you can each day.  After the season ends you need to start lifting weights as well.  The 3 main lifts will be bench press, leg lift and squats.  Then when spring gets here run track.  This will be the number 1 best way to improve your speed, and running techniques.  By the 2009 season you should be noticable bigger, and faster, but remember it is a year commitment to accomplish this goal.
