How to show my coaches i have hands just as good as a WR

I am a TE going into 8th. I am 5'7 I get a 5.55 on my 40 and i have sure-hands. I have always put it all out there on the field but every time we go on a pass play im called out and replaced by another WR. I am a coachable kid and i am always trying to find ways to get better. As a coach could you tell if him catching their attention or am I just giving it all for nothing? I want them to know that i can catch jut as good as a WR or RB can.

   I think the only piece of advice that I can give you is to go after practice and talk to the coaches about the situation.  Let them know that you can make the catch and to have faith in you.  Do it in a respectful way, and just talk to them and see what they say.  All you can do in this situation is talk to the coaches!  Best of luck Coach Noel!
