White knuckles
Question
hi im josh and i play offensive and defensive line and on offense when blocking coaches and other players tell me to look for the white in the players knuckle and idk why but i just cant see it but overall i am a good linemanbut i think it would help if i knew about the white knuckles
Answer
Most often looking for white knuckles is done by defensive lineman. If the offensive lineman has white knuckles then he is heavy in his stance. Which means he is leaning foward and ready to fire off. This means he is more than likely going to run block. If he is high in his stance and doesn't have a lot of presure on his hands, this means that the play will be a pass. So to summarize the white knuckles can tell you how much pressure the player across from you is putting on his hand. GOOD LUCK COACH NOEL!
