kicking
Question
I just started kicking for football this year. my coaches think i kick pretty good i kick about 50 yards or so i want to be able to kick farther any thing i can do to improve my leg strength and flexibility i am pretty strong i squat 260 and clean 195 and im 6'1 180

Noah I would just suggest that you keep working hard in the weight room. Work especially hard on your legs, do plenty of leg press and leg lifts (where the knees are bent down and lifting weights upward). Also great kickers have great flexibility. So this means that you really need to stretch out as much as possible. Become as flexible as you possible can! Last but not least, kick the ball everyday. It sounds simple but the more you kick the farther it will go. This alone will improve your leg strength. GOOD LUCK COACH NOEL!
