hey coach i was wondering how i can gain more speed through the off season and summer for next year..

Believe it or not, you may need to look at your nutrition & protein intake first.....I would recommend five smaller meals per day instead of the traditional three.....Then make sure you are eating the proper combinations of protein, meat, & vegetables.....You generally should be on about 3500 calories per day....but the proper calories.
Check w/ a local professional nutritionist & give them your goals.....A local hospital, large banquet facility (hotel, etc.)...I have our lead hospital team come out & talk to my players & parents....The results in six weeks are absolutely amazing.
