advice for football
Question
im a 6'2" 285 pound lineman and i want the best workout routene to get me stronger,skinner,and more expolsive.
ill be going into my senior year of highschool and i want to go out a beast

I think first and foremost you need to discuss the workout program that your Head Coach has in place for your program. I am sure he has something in place for you and the rest of your team.
Having said that, you can always do extra. I think working out and eating right takes care of you getting stronger and losing weight. You can become more explosive by working your quadriceps muscles and your gluteus maximus(muscles) by squatting and plyometric workouts on boxes. I still recommend getting specific exercises from your head coach. I hope this helps, feel free to follow up.
