Offensive lineman workouts

Im a offensive tackle. Im about 6'0 and 225 lbs. I was just wondering if you can give me some workouts to help with my leg strength. Also some to help my speed.

I think if you want a specific, detailed workout regimen you should ask your coach or athletic trainer.
The best thing to do for leg strength, explosiveness, speed, etc. is squats and plyometric type exercises. Working you hamstrings, gluteus maximus, and quadriceps will be very beneficial.
