I play D-End and Im interested in some help with training
Question
First of all I recently turned 16 and currently in 10th grade. I play both ways, but am mostly training to be a better Defensive end, I have the heart. I stay late and come early. I have been working on gaining weight since football season has ended. I weigh 204 lbs. with a 15.7 body fat %. 25 Vertical. My following maxes are; Bench-210, Squat-was 350(Recently continued squating after inflammation injury), Clean-190. I ran a 4.76 40. Lift M,W,F and do all of the core and aux workouts my coach made up for me in my booklet. But I would like to know if there were any other workouts I could do that would help benefit me in my weight training(Or anyother kind of training that is) to be a better D-End. Anything beneficial would be greatly appreciated, I love a challenge, but I would really like to know if there was anything I could try that would help with my speed and agility in particular. But any input at all about this would be great, thanks for taking the time.

If you are really serious check out www.P90X....My team uses that program exclusively. Many D1 & D2 teams utilize the program for strength & muscle mass. I can get you one at a discount if you are serious....
