Hey Mr. Mullins, I'm 15 5'8" 178lbs. I'm a RB but have just recently started. I have great speed but not very strong. I was wondering what i could do to make myself a better back. I have been playing football for awhile at WR/FS but just recently made the move to RB. I still play FS.

Lower body strength, agility, & training......Squats,short speed sprinting using cones every two yards & weaving in & out....If you have ever seen dogs go around cones in speed racing?  That's the concept...

After you have mastered forwards, guess what....You get to do it all over again...backwards......And by the way, you always have a ball in your hands & switch hands every other cone.....Never work out without a ball in your hands....Good luck
