How to be a College Back Full/Half

I am 16 years old
I am 5'9'' 200 pounds
40 Yards: 4.9
bench: 250
Squat: 450
Deadlift:450
Power Clean: 200
Shuttle: 4.5
I want to go on to the Next Level but I dont know exactly what workouts to do or what i need to work on specifically.How fast or strong do i need to be for coaches to notice me?
I have experience as a Varsity Offensive Guard so i can block very well and im quick on my feet. My lower body is my strong point.
What should i choose based on my stats and what i have told you...Halfback or Fullback?

Let me encourage you to really get serious about nutrition first though. Very much neglected, this is teh start to energy, proper sleep amount, & the general feeling during detailed & tough workouts....
