Tips to be a better WR/DB

Hi im new to this forum and such but heres my stats i am 5'9 145 pounds i am a 16 year old junior last test results for weight room were 155 for 4 reps and on squat 185 for 6 times. my question is what can i do to just get faster gain weight become a better overall football player currently my eye is on a starting db spot. i started at db my freshman and sophmore year skipped junior to dedicate to school so yeah whats a good routine i can get into to get better? any help appreciated

Let me encourage you to really get serious about nutrition first though. Very much neglected, this is teh start to energy, proper sleep amount, & the general feeling during detailed & tough workouts....
