QuestionHey i really need help on how to get faster. I run a 4.57 in the 40 yard dash
but that's not good enough for my coaches. Do you think taking creatine and
doing a lot of running and leg workouts will help me get faster or would you
consider that cheating? I'm 5"9 and I weigh 172.4 pounds. I max out on
bench press at 225, my shuttle time is a 4.20. When i go to combines I have a
hard time deciding on what position I should do but I usually have to choose
between QB,RB, or WR, But if you could e-mail me back I would really
appreciate it.
AnswerI am not a big fan of supplements, but that doesn't mean it is cheating. If you continue to workout and run sprints, you will get faster. In terms of what position to play, whatever gets you on the field and gets you the most playing time; that is the position you should play.
