i have a lot to ask. To begin with, im 6'3, 175 Pounds (yes i know im not big for a tight end, but its coming) im a tight end and i currently play for my cities team. What i would like to ask you is that my team usually makes me run 2 yard outs and whenever i get thrown to, i get hit as soon as i catch the ball/ ball touches me. Any tips on how to absorb the ball better and to predict where he'll be when ill catch it? basically i am in need in some vision. I want to be a tight end that can be matched to a receiver. Tight end Suits my needs to this amazing sport and i tend to stick to this sport.
Also, my second questoin is that i have a high metalbolism (im 15) and i need some tips on how to gain weight
we usually have praftice about 3 days a week and a game. Could you be kind enough to give me tips on how many meals in a day and what to avoid/what to do?

AnswerHave a friend grab a hand dummy and practice catching passes and getting hit at the same time. You can't ever anticipate when you will get hit, just get used to catching a pass and getting hit at once.
At your age I wouldn't worry about how many meals you are eating. Just stay away from fatty foods, pop, soda, candy etc.
