Nutriotion Tips for a TE?

Hello,
im 15
and im roughly 6'2-3,
175 pounds
im thinking on puuting on about 10-15 pounds
its may right now
i was this accomplished by august
any tips?
im a fan of meat so that can be an option.

Serious?  OK, here we go.....

NO COKES or any other carbonated beverages....NONE
NO SWEET tea w/ unnatural sugars....NONE
High protein low carb meals w/ at least 6 oz. of meat per day....you don't need 16 oz. steaks.
Cut back on the bread intake.
Five smaller meals per day....7 a.m., 10 a.m., 2 p.m. 5p.m. & 8 p.m.
Build your metabolism & body strength & support will follow.
Get rid of desserts, or no more than 2" x 2" per meal.  You don't need big banana splits, etc.
Visit a local health foods store & check out basic vitamins & tell the manageer or owner you want to build naturally....NO ROIDS...EVER!!
