This will be my first time playing football in a while and i am trying out for D tackle in July and i need some tips on playing d tackle and some workouts to do

Work on legs & lower body strength. Agility drills are best for this. Get limber, start stretching TODAY & stretch for at least 30-45 minutes daily. Believe it or not, many pro & college players try yoga. Get a simple DVD & follow the workout....
