how can i get in better shape

hi my name is Tahir Upshaw and ive been playing football since the 7th grade. Right now im in th 10th grade. I am 230lbs 5,4" and my forty is like a 6 something. I played center my last two years but was out of shape. my endurance was low and i get tired quick. i could barely snap the ball because my arms are short and my shoulder pads were so big because of my weight. When snapping the ball wasnt a problem, i could barely block. My team had a tim tebow type QB but i was just too weak. My max on the bench press was only 75. Every play i got rundown. Because of the unsuccess of being an offensive lineman this year i am oing to try my best to be on the defensive line. I always thought defense was right for me. i dont have access to a bench press yet, but i do have my backyard. My qeustion is, how can i get in shape for football this summer? How can i get my upper body and lower body stronger so that i can be at least an attribute to the defensive line?

First of all, you are already way behind....230# & you can only bench 75#? You have some serious issues way to far to handle in this forum.
