Learning plays
Question
Coach I played football in.8 grade but did not play in 9 grade because of a family death. I am still in 9 grade and I want to play next year. The problem is I have trouble remembering my play. What can I do to remember them better.
Answer
Joe
you have to study your play book. To better remember plays study them 30 min a night before bed. Read the play book, memorize plays, then be able to draw the play on a blank piece of paper from memory. Before you fall asleep at night take 3-5 minutes to visualize one or two plays. These exercises will take you no more than 35 minutes a night and will help you perfect the plays and your memory.
