i need so advice on a position please!

hi coach MacRae i need need to know how to get off the offinsive line into a tight end. (i am 6 feet 245lbs. 13 years and run a 5.7 in a forty)

Well from the stats you've given me, its clearly the fact that your not fast enough to play a tightend. Your weight would be helpful on the O line, but if you really want to play tight end, your going to have to get into better shape, lost some weight and get faster. I would reccomend doing 3 days of weight lifting a week, along with 2 days of intense cardiovascular activity ( running stairs, sprints, suicides, footwork drills). and I mean INTENSE. no breaks, always moving. Things like doing sprints, then in between do pushups, run again, come back to si tups, do a suicide, then do foot fire, stuff like that so your always moving. This burns calories and fat like no other.
