what i need to know for QB

Hello my name is nigel and i have 1 year expeirnence of football from last year. i played tightend but i wonna play Qb this year is i can convince my dad to let me play i;ll need to know some things anhy tips or pointers? please list as much as u can im in gr.7 and im willing to work as hard as i need to thx!

Quarterback is a tough position to learn. You must know every play and where every one is supposed to be. You must know the proper footwork for each play. Learn how to take the snap from the center. Learn your keys and what you are looking for when you look at the defense. It will not be an easy transition to QB, but it is possible. The best way to get a head start is either rent a football video, or watch a recorded game and just watch the QB's movements. This will give you a general idea of the position.
