Since i want to play college football and i'm only 5'6. what are some excercises to increase my speed and my arm strenth?

Hello,
For arm strength, I recommend push ups and bench presses. Also individual dumbbell presses and curls. (focusing on each arm individually)
For speed I recommend the training parachute, running sprints up a hill and leg-weight lifting to build strength in your legs.
Im a tight end who wants more agility.
