I want to know how to get faster and have endurance and I'm starting on a middle school level what should I do?

Hello,
If you can find a hill in your area, run sprints up the hill. If you can, invest in a training parachute, a speed ladder and some cones. These are items you can use to work on speed, quickness and agility. They will also help with endurance.
Here is something that I have used and teach other athletes: Swimming. This is a good endurance building activity. Buy you some water shoes and run sprints across the pool (in about 3 feet of water, at least up to your waist). Swim laps across the pool, this will build strength and endurance.
