I'm a 5'3 262 lb freshman and wants to play defensive back or tackle what should I do to get my self in shape

Dear Carter,
If I were you, I would try out for tackle. Ask your coach about it and about getting in shape. Until then join a basketball or handball league. This way you can work on your conditioning and quickness at the same time. Spend a lot of time in the weight room too.
