Wr workout
Question
I am a lifelong football fan and I want to get in shape to play in a local league, I am 6'6" 205lbs and I have above average hands, I want a workout routine that will improve my speed, agility, stamina, hands, and leg strength. I do not have access to a gym, so it would be a home workout, thanks.

If you can not workout in a gym, go to your nearest high school or junior high school, wherever they have a handball court. Take a workout buddy with you and get to work. If you do not like handball play some basketball. Either one of the two sports will get you where you want to go.
