RUNNING BACK DRILLS

Next fall i am going to highschool and i wanna play runnerback. I played for my middle school team and i played r guard. 40 yard dash, i got 6.12 seconds.I am 5'4 and 146 pounds. I wanna know what i have to do to become conditioned for a high school runnerback. I have a gym membership and a HUGE backyard.Thanx
