Answer
Lawrence
You have good size but there are other factor that need to be considered for being recruited to play college football (i.e. your skill level, experience, grades, SAT score, etc.) You indicate that you are 19 years old, I assume you have graduated from high school, So you are of college age to be recruited. You will need to contact college football offices and express your interest and desire to play for them. If they are not seeking you out you need to seek them out to let them know about you and your abilities. Next you will need to apply to the schools you would like to attend through their admission office. If you are seeking to be recruited for a scholarship this is extremely difficult and the competition is very steep. If you want to walk on to a team the competition is still great but not as steep. Have you thought about going to a Jr. college or community college?
I would suggest you get copies of films of you playing and be able to send that to coaches. Get a copy of your high school transcript and SAT scores. If your grades are not that good, you really should consider a community college and bring up your grades and then go into a 4 yr. school as a transfer student. Select a community college that has football. That is one way to showcase your abilities on a football field and in the class room.
If your grades are solid, then start marketing yourself to college programs. Make sure your cover letter and documents you submit are written and spelled correctly. It is all about impression to pique their interest in you.
Best of luck
